Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Most calls start the same way — no hot water, or water that never gets hot enough. Sometimes that's a thermocouple, an element or a gas valve and the tank has years left in it. Sometimes the tank is rusted through at the seam and replacing it is the only honest answer.

Luis works on standard tank heaters and tankless units, gas and electric, residential and commercial. He'll tell you which situation you're in before doing anything.

• Diagnose why there's no hot water, or why it runs out fast
• Repair the failed part when the tank itself is still sound
• Replace and haul off the old unit, with a new drain pan and shutoff
• Bring venting, seismic strapping and the T&P line up to code

Faucet, Sink & Fixture Replacement

Kitchen and bathroom faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, shower and tub valves, angle stops, hose bibs. Straightforward work that goes badly when old shutoffs seize or corroded supply lines snap — which is most of the reason people call rather than do it themselves.

Bring your own fixture or ask Luis to pick one up. Either way it gets installed properly and tested before he leaves.

Hauling & Junk Removal

Most of our hauling work is construction debris — demo material, drywall, framing scrap, and cleanup after a job wraps. We also take furniture, appliances, yard waste, and general junk. We load it, we haul it, it's gone. No sorting, no dump runs, no hassle.

Repipes & Remodel Plumbing

If you're getting pinhole leaks in more than one place, or the water runs rusty in the morning, the pipe itself is usually at the end of its life. A repipe replaces the supply lines through the house — copper or PEX — instead of patching the same system every few months.

On a kitchen or bathroom remodel, Luis handles the plumbing side: moving supply and drain lines to the new layout, setting the rough-in for the new fixtures, and coming back for trim-out once the surfaces are in. He works alongside your contractor and the other trades.
