You get the plumber, not a call center.
Luis Lopez has been doing this for 25 years — most of it on new construction and remodel plumbing across San Diego County, running underground, rough-in and trim-out on houses and commercial buildings. These days he does more service and repair work, which means a lot of water heaters, leaks and fixtures for people who just need it handled.
It's a small operation on purpose. Luis answers his own phone, quotes the job himself, and does the work himself. If he says he'll be there Thursday morning, he's there Thursday morning — and if something changes, you'll hear it from him and not from a dispatcher. Licensed, bonded and insured, and happy to talk it through in English or Spanish.
